The Mindscaping technique devised by Hypnosis and mind management veteran Mike Mandel is suited to anyone who wants rapid and profound change, and particularly for those who are reluctant to place ourselves in what they consider to be a vulnerable hypnotic position.

Mindscaping is easier and more powerful than a traditional Ericksonian hypnosis because it works with your RAS (Reticular Activated System) and your subconscious mind. It's not about suggestions coming from soneone outside of you and their idea of what you need or how to solve what you want to solve or improve.

Your mind will use your own symbols and your own approach to change. It will elicit your best metaphors and the implicit support of your subconscious mind. What could be simpler and more comfortable?

Your subconscious will do what it thinks you want it to do, but sometimes we focus on ‘the wrong thing’, or persist in a false pattern. This is how we seem to end up with what we don't want in our reality.

What happens in a session ?

We will first talk about what you would like (unless you want to remain very private and not tell me, in which case I will instruct you accordingly), and I will ask you to close your eyes and then take you through your session. 

I will guide you so you can  formulate your best intention, create the space for you, and guide you through our session. Your own amazing mind does the work that needs to be done, with only careful prompting from me.

You will not fall asleep, you will be able to hear me clearly, and respond to my prompts effortlessly. It will actually be very comfortable and safe.

In this session, we will remove your own blocks and replace them with anchors and useful stimuli and associations that your subconscious mind will recognise and serve, so that it can serve you better.


After your session, your RAS will look for and find proof that it was right, causing your life to align itself with the vibration of what you have already created for yourself in your Mindscape.


I teach you to formulate your best intention in your mind, create the space for you and guide you through our session, during which your own mind does the work that needs to be done, with only prompting from me.
