About me

Frequent answers on equally frequent raised topics:

I'm easy to talk to, honest, really a "normal" human being, and a good listener. If you are in my part of the world, I welcome you to a comfortable office, not a sterile one that makes you feel uncomfortable. Can I make you a cup of tea? If we are going to work online, let's just lay back and get to work with a nice drink and a bite to eat if you are feeling puckish.

Because everything is linked and you should be at the heart of your well-being, we decide on the best approach at each appointment for unrivalled flexibility. We work hand in hand for your highest good.

I have a multi-disciplinary approach, thanks to complementary training obtained both abroad and in France. I only work with tools or methods that I apply in my own life. I can refer you to colleagues in other disciplines who can also help you if necessary, starting with your medical team. Everyone has a role to play.

Your personal data is stored on HDS ‘health’ IT servers, and you have a dedicated personal space where you will find my advice, your invoices and an e-mail address for contacting me.

Because my aim is not to make you co-dependent, but to help you move forward, I'm going to give you tools that you can apply every day, to help you take action, instead of just going through the motions. You don't come to see me to do what a psychologist or doctor does, you come to me for a different kind of empathy based active listening and support.

For my clients abroad I work online.

Whether it's for a simple wellbeing "intervention" or corporate training about emotional regulation or various wellbeing topics (I am a qualified trainer with a CTP... and an ex teacher with a PGCE), I help provide wellbeing "Capsules" for your teams. They will be happier and more engaged. Quality of life at work and psycho-social risks are important issues.

I am perfectly ambilingual, so I can work in the language that suits you best.

It's a shame to have to say it, but I don't discriminate! Come as you are. (Well, I do ask for hygiene and for you to reschedule your appointment if you have a stomach bug, for example...)

I raise invoices and send them to you in your personal space, so that if your health insurance company reimburses alternative methods, you can send them in.

Because word of mouth is what counts, I share anonymised screenshots on my Facebook page, and I have a few reviews on Google My Business, which is taking its time to validate my practice's new address, rather than on this site. What's more, I had the pleasure of having a check-up a few months ago, and apparently I have to go through yet another piece of software to prove that I'm not making up the reviews if I want to put them on my site. I'd rather concentrate on you than play around with all that...

Note: I am committed to staying in my place. I will always encourage you to consult your medical team, to continue your treatments, to listen to science and your own common sense, as well as your own free will.
